The short version. We collect what you give us (your name, email, website and what you tell us about your business) and a little technical data from your visit. We use it to prepare your analysis, book and run your call, and follow up. We do not sell your information. You can ask us to show, fix or delete it at any time: hello@bridgeconvert.com.
1. Who we are
Bridge Convert is a business name of MRX Partners, LLC, a North Carolina company ("Bridge Convert," "we," "us"). We help B2B service businesses turn the attention they already get into booked sales conversations.
This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers bridgeconvert.com and its subdomains (including audit.bridgeconvert.com), our emails, and our calls with you (together, the "Services"). It works alongside our Terms & Conditions.
2. When we work for a client
We also build and run pages, forms and follow-up for our clients. When you give your information to one of our clients through something we built for them, that client decides how it is used and their privacy policy applies. We handle that information only on their instructions. To make a request about it, contact that business first. If you write to us, we will pass your request along.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Free analysis and scan. Your website address, first name and email. We also work out a company name from your website address.
- Booking a call. Your name, email, company, website, the time you pick, and anything else you add to the booking form, such as a phone number.
- Audits and models. The business details you enter, such as revenue, client counts, pricing and goals.
- Conversations. What you tell us by email, by message or on a call. If we record a call, we tell you first.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data. IP address, browser and device type, time zone, the page that sent you here, the pages you view and when.
- Local storage. Small pieces of data saved in your browser so the site works and so we do not count the same visit twice.
- Personalized links. If we send you a link made for you or your company, we are told when that link is opened, along with the device and usage data above.
- Email activity. Whether an email we sent was delivered, opened or clicked.
Information from other sources
- Your public footprint. What your website, public profiles and business listings say about your company. This is what the free analysis is built from.
- Introductions and data providers. Business contact details from people who refer you and from business-contact tools.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, health information or payment card numbers, through this site. Please do not send it.
4. How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver your free analysis, audit or model.
- To book, confirm, run and follow up on your call.
- To answer you and to decide whether we are a fit to work together.
- To send you emails about what you asked for and, unless you opt out, related content and offers from us.
- To deliver our work if you become a client.
- To see how our pages perform and improve them.
- To keep the Services secure and stop spam, fraud and misuse.
- To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping duties.
We use software, including AI tools, to help analyze websites and business details and to draft our findings. A person reviews what we send you. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means alone.
5. Emails from us
When you ask for an analysis or book a call, we email you about it. We may also send follow-up emails about Bridge Convert. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. You can also opt out by writing to hello@bridgeconvert.com. We act on opt-outs within 10 business days. We may still send messages you need, such as a booking confirmation.
6. Cookies, local storage and tracking
- We use local storage and similar tools to run the site, remember your progress and measure visits.
- Tools built into our pages by other companies, such as the booking calendar and video players, may set their own cookies when you use them. Their privacy policies cover what they collect.
- We do not sell your information to advertisers, and we do not let ad networks follow you from this site for their own use.
- You can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may stop working if you do.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browsers send these signals in different ways. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-site advertising, the site does not change how it behaves when it receives them.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us and may use your information only to do that work. Today these include website hosting (Vercel), customer records, scheduling and email (Salesmate), business email and documents (Google Workspace), workflow automation and internal alerts (n8n and Telegram), video hosting (YouTube, Vimeo and Tella), and AI and analysis tools.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, when they need it to advise us.
- Legal reasons. When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
- A business change. If MRX Partners, LLC is merged, sold or reorganized, your information may move to the new owner under this policy.
- With your say-so. For example, an introduction you ask us to make.
We do not publish your name, results or words as a testimonial or case study without your permission.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the reasons above, and for as long as the law requires for tax, legal and reporting records. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it. If you opt out of email, we keep your address on a do-not-email list so we can honor that.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and limited access. No online system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
10. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct it.
- Delete it.
- Stop sending you marketing email.
Write to hello@bridgeconvert.com. We may need to confirm it is you. We answer within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
U.S. state privacy rights
Some states, including California, give residents added rights: to know the categories of information collected and why, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and to appeal a refusal. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. The categories we collect are identifiers (such as name, email and IP address), professional information (such as company and role), commercial information (such as the services you ask about), and internet activity (such as pages viewed). Sections 3, 4 and 7 explain the sources, purposes and recipients. To use these rights or to appeal, email us. An agent you authorize may also make a request for you.
Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland
MRX Partners, LLC is the controller of your information. We rely on these legal grounds: your consent (for example, when you ask for an analysis or subscribe), steps taken at your request before a contract or to perform one, and our legitimate interests in running, securing and growing our business in ways that do not override your rights. You also have the right to object to or restrict our use of your information, to take it elsewhere, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States, and so are most of our service providers. If you use the Services from another country, your information will be moved to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from yours. Where the law requires it, we use approved safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
12. Children
The Services are for business owners and their teams. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
13. Links to other sites
Our pages link to sites and tools we do not run. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before you give them information.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The newest version will always be on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site or by email. Using the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
